Following a few learning years within Mobira/Nokia (AM) and later Telenor (Business Dev&Strategy) I became and independent entrepreneur and consultant y2000. In this role I have founded 3 great startups in mobile and outsourcing as well as having assignments for companies like Ericsson, Telenor, Vodafone and HP.My key skill is to identify opportunities/threats and develop either a new/reformed business, an investment proposal/analysis or a start up out of thin air. This is the red thread through all cases I have engaged in. To deliver according to this formula I have developed management and project skills as well as deal making ability. In addition some creativity and analysis helps. This skill set is valuable for growth companies, in special projects at established companies an d for investors venturing into new areas. Overall I have had the large luck to be part of the tech revolution taking place the last two decades as founder of  three start-ups in the Scandinavian mobile, outsourcing and finance industries. Those includes Sense Communications Sweden(listed Oslo St.Ex 00-02) Spinbox (120 msek, Brainheart /Tele2) as well as financial trading/consulting firm Mobiq (08). Later on I have been interim MD for listed (Stockholm )mobile video developer Ironroad (09)and employment agency Avista Bemanning/ Coachstockholm(11). Currently Im developing concepts for the security sector as well as taking consulting assignments.
Clients includes Teliasonera, Telenor, Ericsson, CrossConnect, HP, Vodafone and smaller brands. The underlying thinking of being active in three roles is to use the business cycle more efficient.

Key Achievements as Investor, Entrepreneur and Consultant 
-I started my career during the 90ties as #1 Account Sales for Mobira(Nokia) in Scandinavia. For sure I felt that mobility was going big. The intelligence gained I also used to invest in the stock prior to the "2G" launch in Sweden which became Nokias breakthrough.

After a few years as student in Stockholm and Berlin I took an MBA in economics,civilekonom (major in finance&marketing)

Following this I had four great years as business developer and strategist at Telenor/BT. I picked up some key skills and participated in Business&;Market Planning as well as some acquisitions. Also I learned the art of business intelligence.

Early 2000 I decided to go independent as entrepreneur with the following three cases.

-Concept development and launch/operation of the first virtual mobile operator in Sweden Sense Communications. Sense was seen as innovation leader and reached 50 msek within 18 months and a stunning market cap of 2md sek. Virtual operators have since then become common in all major mobile networks like Telia, Telenor or Vodafone. Sense was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange early 2000 but is now part of TeliaSonera.

-Concept development and launch operation of the first mobile outsourcing concept in Europe-Spinbox. Reached 120 msek within 2 years of operation and closed 50 msek in venture funding . Outsourcing Mobile has since then become big business for companies like Ericsson and IBM and Spinbox has been merged first with Tele2/Spring and then later Alltele.

-Analysis and investments in the tech sector acting as independent investor and founder of Mobiq Technology and Trading. Reached around 100 msek in trading volume and IRR of approx 40% yearly . Picked up tech concept stocks like Nokia (90), Blackberry (01) early on. Identified turnarounds like Allgon, LGP, IFS,ABB and Trelleborg when few believed in them as well. Failed investments includes among other a tech company called Teligent and some startups where I co-invested. Also established some great senior contacts in industries and among investors.

When the climate for entrepreneurial cases went cold I undertook some consulting assignments;
-I was asked to bring in an action plan plus some key clients  for a US IT company. I delivered 2 telcos plus an action plan in the role as business consultant.
-As interim manager. Formation of subsidiary, creation of business plan and signing of key clients for listed betting and video company
-Analysis of the European market for mobile mail and launch participation. Established contacts with RIM/BlackBerry 00 to take it to Sweden but it failed as MVNO. Later participated in introduction of the concept . Invested in the stock 01 prior to the concept becoming accepted mainstream.
-Building of Business Plan and actions for subsidiaries of a few nordic telcos
-Negotiation of terms for a listed services company leading to better conditions

When the market went sour again 2009  I searched for a contra-cyclical industry. The bet was that increased unemployment would force the government to privatize the employment agency "Arbetsförmedlingen" opening up a 2 mdsek market. I developed a concept that would simplify the find work process using modern IT . The government didnt fullfill but the company is operational with a decent business as agency.  Following that opened up for consulting assignments and started to learn about the security sector. A project "folkZhome" was formed to undertake research in the area of safety and crime prevention.

Key Skills
My key skill is to analyse&see opportunities/threats and materialize it into either an investment, a project, or a growing start up . My  specialty is to act on opportunities that lies slightly outside the normal organisation but I can also deliver in more traditional roles as Interim Manager. I am a thinker that loves to use intelligence to form improvements.  From time to time I try to make a business out of it on behalf of a client,as entrepreneur or causal investor.
